AGM and Student Showcase

- This year’s Annual General Meeting and Student Showcase will be held on Sunday, 5 August 2018 from 1:00 pm at the Cowes Cultural Centre.
- For those of you new to our school this afternoon is a lot of fun. Students over 7 years of age may enter and showcase their own choreography. Each year this event gets bigger and better!
- Rehearsals for the Student Showcase entries will begin promptly at 11:30 am. No parents/guardians will be allowed in the auditorium during rehearsals.
- Doors Open for the Showcase/AGM at 12:45 pm. Admission will be by Gold Coin at the door.
- The Annual General Meeting will be held during the interval in the Student Showcase.
We hope to see all our families at this fun event!
For students preparing Showcase entries:
- Entry forms are to be emailed to bcballet1@gmail.com no later than 20 June 2018.
- Legally purchased music files, cut and prepared to length, must be emailed to bcballet1@gmail.com no later than 25 June 2018.
- LATE ENTRIES or MUSIC WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
- No costumes other than the regular ballet/dance uniform are required. The Showcase is designed to demonstrate the students technical performance and creativity and should not be overshadowed by theatrical costumes.
