Discount Structure:
At the Bass Coast Ballet School, we strive to make our classes affordable. That said, we are serious about ballet. We strongly believe that every student will greatly benefit from at least one ballet class per week. To that end, we have put together the following discount structure. We hope this will encourage parents to consider enrolling their child in ballet classes as well as classes in other types of dance with us.
Discount Amounts:
1st class = Full Price
2nd class = 15% discount
3rd class = 30% discount
4th and subsequent classes = 50% discount

Discount Guidelines:
- Each child within a family is costed individually. So if you have two or more children dancing their first class will always be charged at the full price.
- If your child does classes of varying lengths of time, the longest class is charged at full price, the second-longest class receives a 15% discount, third-longest class receives a 30% discount and so on.
- The multi-class discount does not apply to Adult Casual Classes.
- The multi-class discount does not apply to the Costume Levy.
Costume Levy:
At the end of each year we hold an Annual Concert to showcase our students' work. This is held at the Wonthaggi Arts Centre in early December.

- The costume levy of $30.00 per dance the student is performing is added to each student's Class Fees each term according to the following schedule:
- Students performing in 1 dance: $30.00 (charged in Term 1)
- Students performing in 2 dances: $60.00 ($30.00 charged each term for Terms 1 & 2)
- Students performing in 3 dances: $90.00 ($30.00 charged each term for Terms 1, 2, & 3)
- Students performing in 4 or more dances: $120.00 ($30.00 charged each term for Terms 1, 2, 3, & 4)
- Students enrolled in Creative Dance Play classes are charged a one-time costume levy of $30.00 in Term 1.
- Students who join Bass Coast Ballet School after Term 1 will be charged the maximum costume levy, divided across Class Fees for each term danced, as if they had been attending from the start of the year, so that all students pay the same amount for their costumes.
- Students enrolled in Dance with Me classes are not charged a costume levy as they do not participate in the Annual Concert.
- Students enrolled in Adult Ballet, Adult Tap, or Adult Jazz classes will not be charged a costume levy unless they are participating in the Annual Concert.
