Rehearsal Guidelines

• Please be punctual for all rehearsals.
• Due to the large number of dancers performing, ONLY Designated Parent Helpers will be permitted Back Stage on in the Dressing Rooms.
• NO other parents, siblings, guardians, or carers will be permitted Back Stage or in the Dressing Rooms.
• Parents, Guardians, or Carers MUST sign their Dancers in AND out at the start and finish of each rehearsal.
• The Sign-In area will be at the laneway entrance to the theater.
• Parents are asked to toilet young Dancers before arriving (if possible).
• Please be aware that times are a guide only.  Refer to the Rehearsal Schedule for your dancer’s arrival and approximate finishing times.
• Dancers need to have correct tights and shoes.
• Costumes are to remain at the theater through rehearsals and performance.
• Dancers will need to bring healthy snacks and a bottle of water, as well as a zip-up jacket to ensure costumes do not get stained.  Only Water is allowed Back Stage or in the Dressing Rooms.
• Please ensure that all Dancers’ personal belongings are clearly labelled and that they have been collected before leaving the rehearsal.  Please check for shoes, tights, make-up bags, phones, tablets, etc.
  
• Please be aware that any technology (iPads, iPods, phones, etc.) brought by the Dancers to rehearsals remains the responsibility of the Dancer.  Bass Coast Ballet School assumes no responsibility for loss or damage.
